    Clinical Staff

    Our Correctional Center clinical staff includes Health Services Administrator, Medical Director, Director of Nursing, Physicians, Charge Nurse, Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Dentists, Dental Assistant, Psychiatrist, Psychologist, and Mental Health Professionals. All positions are crucial in the continuity of care provided to inmates. The clinical staff have a wide variety medical care they must address for all inmates spending any amount of time in the Correctional Center.

    Booking Officer

    A booking officer is responsible for processing incoming inmates into the DuPage County Correctional Center. Assisting in the processing of court paperwork, maintaining accurate housing records, communication with other police agencies, assisting in the processing of bond paperwork, and answering questions for the general public in regards to inmates are a few of the other responsibilities.

    Completion of a High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma equivalent and six (6) months experience in data entry or security; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

    Support Staff

    Support staff at the DuPage County Sheriff’s Office are responsible for providing all of the behind-the-scenes work needed to keep the Office functioning effectively on a 24 hour basis. There are many employment opportunities throughout the Sheriff’s Office from the Records division, to Civil division, or the Warrants division.
